Ziegler earned an BFA at Chapman University in Film Production and was subsequently selected as an intern with the William Morris Agency during the Cannes Film Festival. She studied at the University of Costa Rica, and has been to Bulgaria Spain Italy. As a dedicated athlete who is committed to health and fitness she studied at internationally famous Hawthorn University completing her MS in health and Nutrition Education and her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certificate through the International Sports Science Association. Ziegler has participated in Breast Cancer walks as and Camp Del Corazon. This organization helps children who have heart disease. Ziegler donates blood and platelets often for Children's Hospital. TV actress and bodybuilder Ziegler was featured in Bones Castle Cold Case Hawaii Five-0. Dymatize has become her official partner in the year 2015.
